Dear Customer,

With the current and exceptional situation with the Covid-19 virus, the safety of our Ubeeqo community is our top priority. As the situation evolves, our vehicles are available from Monday 18 May to help you safely carry out your essential travel and support your mobility needs.
With 24/7 access through the app and extra cleaning measures - we are here if you need us.

When using Ubeeqo, please always follow the travel and hygiene recommendations made by the UK Government or the World Health Organization (WHO) which are in place for the protection of people’s health. You can also help our car sharing community by bringing disinfecting wipes to wipe down the car for yourself and others, keeping your hands clean, wearing a face covering and using anti-bacterial hand gel before and after each trip.

The safety of the Ubeeqo community is our top priority and we have therefore increased cleaning frequency, enhanced cleaning protocols, and added new sanitisation measures. Bookings that are shorter than 4 hours won't allow us to do this efficiently so for the time being, car sharing bookings will be set to a minimum duration of 4 hours. Simply log in and book in the usual way, and the time selector will automatically default to a 4-hour booking window.

Our team is checking each car and van before it's made live, so for a short time there will be less vehicles in the app than usual. We aim to have an even spread across our operating area though so you have access to a vehicle if you need it.
